Quick guide to what each part of Playlist Curator does.
Approving, rejecting, and skipping
Once you enter an artist and song, Playlist Curator fetches similar tracks from Last.fm one at a time. Approve keeps a track in your playlist, Reject discards it, and Skip leaves it undecided so it comes up again later. Use the A, R, and S keyboard shortcuts to move through your queue quickly.
Editing the list when you're done
"Re-review decided tracks" (on the playlist summary page, or Manage from the decided-tracks list) lets you revisit every song you've already approved, rejected, or skipped and change your mind at any time — nothing is locked in once you've made a decision.
Reordering by similarity
By default your approved tracks stay in whatever order you approved them. "Preview reorder" and "Reorder now" resequence the whole list so that similar-sounding songs sit next to each other — not just songs similar to the first song, but comparing every track to every other track using Last.fm's tags and similarity data, then chaining the closest matches together for a smoother listen.
Setting a target approved count
When you run out of candidates before reaching your target, you can suggest more songs from Last.fm, or raise the target and keep going. This only appears once you've reviewed every candidate currently in the queue.
Publishing to YouTube Music
"Create YouTube playlist" builds a real playlist in your YouTube account from your approved tracks, in their current order. If you reorder or change your approved tracks later and publish again, the button becomes "Replace YouTube playlist": it asks you to confirm, then deletes the old YouTube playlist and uploads a fresh one with your current list — it does not try to edit the old one in place.
Exporting and Amazon Music
Export CSV or JSON downloads your curated list as a plain file, useful as a backup or for services that accept an import file. There's no direct Amazon Music publishing — publish to YouTube Music first, then use a playlist-transfer service to copy it into Amazon Music.
